Fitness CLASSES

Our fun, strength & cardio-focused classes are offered weekly and designed for all fitness levels. Classes range from 30 to 60 minutes and are FREE for PVTFC members.


Cycle & Strength Intervals

 A dynamic combination of spinning and strength training, alternating 4 minutes on the bike with 4 minutes of strength work. Get the best of both worlds in one energizing workout. Great for all fitness levels.

Full Body Express

A 30-minute, strength-focused workout targeting the entire body, followed by an optional 10-minute stretch. A short time commitment with a big payoff.

Cardio & Strength

This total-body workout blends cardio and strength using a variety of equipment and formats. All exercises can be modified, making it ideal for every fitness level.

Cycle n’ Core

Enjoy 30 minutes of cycling intervals—featuring hills and speed—followed by 15 minutes of focused core work. A well-rounded and effective workout for all levels.

Muscle Up

A full-body strength class designed to challenge and support all participants. Whether you’re new to fitness or experienced, this class offers options for every ability level.

Deep Stretch Yoga Flexibility

Relax and recover with this deep stretch class focused on calm breathing, longer-held stretches, and total-body release. Target tight hips, hamstrings, calves, and upper back—leaving you refreshed and ready for the day.
