Kathy joined PVTFC as an experienced and enthusiastic personal trainer. She has worked as a fitness professional for over twelve years and is certified as a personal trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Kathy specializes in coordinating and coaching fitness boot camps, kettle bell training, and triathlon training. She enjoys designing challenging yet fun fitness programs for her clients. Kathy uses a variety of training equipment including gymnastic rings, heavy ropes, and kettle bells and is constantly creating new workouts to make sure her clients thoroughly enjoy their workouts. With a certification from Apex as a nutrition coach, Kathy can also assist individuals with the nutrition aspect of living a healthy lifestyle.
