Strength Training Circuits
Have you always been interested in lifting but have never felt comfortable in a weight room?
Come join me on Tuesday mornings 5-5:30 am. for Strength Circuits. Your workout will be provided for you as we focus on different body parts each week, utilizing free weights, BOSU’s, bands, TRX and more!
Men and women, beginners and experienced are all welcome!
This is a foundation class and is free to all members. Non-members $8.00
