Specialty Classes



These targeted interest programs vary from 45 minutes to one hour in length and each class is run on a weekly basis. The Specialty Programs are available for members and non-members. Register at the front desk prior to attending one of the classes.


ON DEMAND We offer several On Demand Classes. Get a group of friends together for TRX, Spin, Kettle Bell or Boot Camp class, Get Beach Body Ready and more. Great for all fitness levels. If you would like to get a group together for a workout, contact Laura at 262.677.3681 Members and non members welcome. Fee based on the number of participants. 


TENNIS AEROBICS Give tennis a try! A fun, fast paced workout to music. Open to all ability levels.
