It’s much easier to start working out than it is to continually work out. Yet, making a goal to work out for 1 month, then 2 months, then fast forward to 6 months, working out should feel a lot more normal and habitual so you just do it. So just remember, “Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going.”
