Most of us have goals that make us a little better than we were yesterday. If we do not make steps towards those goals, outside of our comfort zone, we will most likely stay in the same place we were yesterday. If you are physically able to go the extra mile or do that core exercise you dread doing then go for it! Don’t cut yourself short on what you can do.
